Authentic Reclaimed Timber

I salvage and use a wide range of reclaimed ancient wood for my work. Any reclaimed wood that has an interesting texture, character and history to it can not only be restored but it can be made into a beautiful piece of wooden home décor.

From old rustic cottage doors, weathered oak beams, georgian paneling, barn wood and victorian floorboards, I hand make a range of bespoke wooden home interior items.When restoring a piece of wood I always aim to leave the natural texture and patina of the wood intact.

Often the wood I salvage will come from times when everything was made by hand & with great skill. There are often the tell-tale signs of this in wood so each piece has its own history and character.

My workshop is based where I live in Hayling Island, my partner Matt from Blackstone chalk furniture and I share a showroom and shop in Dunbridge, near Romsey which is open daily, Matt makes the most beautiful rustic furniture which complements what I do well.
